US Fed Chair Jerome Powell used his 8^th and last Jackson Hole speech to move markets instead of talking about his legacy.

He played up the threat to the employment numbers, causing the market to price in a rate cut at the next Fed meeting.

Tech stocks are shooting higher, and it makes no sense to keep this UBER call spread as we head into September and Powell is on a mission to boost tech stocks higher.

Readers should be risk on right now.
